This Spell Cast Pendulums(tm) collectible amulet, pendant and pendulum is named Rivendell Gardens. It features a handworked vintage copper elven style lily/cone bell flower with genuine amethyst and a Czech fire polished amethyst bead as the thistle in a vintage copper filigree setting.

This piece was inspired by Tolkien's Rivendell, the wondrous healing home of Elrond, Arwen, and the elves in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

This is a multi-function holistic tool which can be used as a pendulum, necklace/ pendant and amulet. The central part of this piece features a lovely peridot silver foil bead surrounded by pale peridot beads, set in vintage copper wire. The pendulum itself is detachable and can be worn alone with the necklace/ ribbon. It measures app. 2.5 inches in length including the Elven Vine Jewelry(tm) Celtic spiral bail. The necklace consists of a sheer peridot ribbon with adjustable length (app. 18-20 inches). The piece is embellished with crystal leaves in peridot and amethyst hues. HISTORY OF THIS "WICCAN SORCERESS" MYSTICAL TOOL:

I must admit that when I first began to make this piece with the rose petals, I never thought that the end result would have such mysterious, soft, iridescent colors. This tool also seems to have a vibrant, magickal energy which emanates from it and draws my attention to it. I named this tool "Wiccan Sorceress" due to this enchanting energy and these mysterious iridescent hues. For some reason, the rainbow colors seem to shift in different lights. This multi-function mystical tool functions as an amulet/ talisman, pendant, altar piece, and can function as a pendulum as well.

ABOUT THE PENTAGRAM/ PENTACLE/ PAGAN STAR:

The pentagram/ pentacle/ Pagan Star is an ancient symbol which has been adopted by more modern religions and spiritual groups. The pentagram is actually a symbol of the route that Venus seems to take across the sky --the pentagram is a symbol of the planet itself, and its route across the heavens. The pentagram/pentacle/ Pagan Star is traditionally a symbol of Venus - the deity of Love.

In early Christianity, the pentagram was a symbol of the five wounds inflicted on the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross. Later, this symbol was rejected by the Church. The pentagram/pentacle has been maligned in different cultures and groups probably because of the fear of the use of magick practiced by the groups who have adopted this symbol.

This pendant is made of solid, handworked vintage copper with a Celtic, Elven Vine Jewelry(tm) winding bail. The bail has silver foil seed beads in rose, copper and peridot tones. This OOAK, handmade, Spell Cast Pendulums(tm) Lonely Mountain Amethyst Amulet collectible has multiple functions: it is a protective energy-balancing amulet/talisman, pendant, Y-necklace and pendulum. The focal piece is a natural, large rich purple amethyst, a crystal and gemstone cluster of amethyst, fluorite, clear quartz, and peridot. A silver crescent moon adorns one of the facets. This Spell Cast Gems(tm) holistic tool named the Valinor Faerie Portal is a natural rose petal with a central crystal surrounded by gemstones reminiscent of a delicate faerie portal in the magickal Paradise of Valinor.

The Grey Havens was a port on the northwestern coast of Middle-earth in Tolkien's writings. The Grey Havens was the place from which the ships of the Elves sailed westward across the Middle Earth Sea to Paradise or the Undying Lands. Many Elves sailed away from Middle-earth from the Grey Havens, and the Ringbearers Frodo and Bilbo Baggins, his uncle, also sailed from the Grey Havens to the Undying Lands. The Grey Havens was located at the mouth of the Lune River. The Lune River flowed into the Gulf of Lune which emptied into the Sea. This spellcast Grey Havens pendulum and pendant/necklace is made of crystal, vintage brass tone and bronze tone filigree, handmade elven vines, silver foil beads, jet, apache tear, golden tiger's eye, and freshwater silver pearls. Morgan, Celtic Sea Witch Goddess

The Celtic Witch-Goddess Morgan ('Of the Sea') is King Arthur's half-sister Morgan le Fay. But Morgan may have been named after a more ancient Goddess Morgan, whose island is Avalon. Morgan is considered to be the Goddess of Water and Magick, and is said to be the Lady of the Lake.

Tears of Arwen - Tolkien

Arwen was the beautiful and magical Elf Princess, and later the wife of King Aragorn and High Queen of Middle Earth. She was the daughter of Lord Elrond and granddaughter of the powerful Elf Sorceress and Queen, Galadriel, in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy. This pendulum symbolizes Arwen' s grief upon separation from Aragorn when Aragorn, at Lord Elrond's insistence, gives up hope of marriage to Arwen because she is an elf and he is mortal. Arwen does marry Aragorn later but is again separated from him at his death. Arwen's love for Aragorn is eternal.

Mor is a Celtic Sea Goddess and Goddess of the sun. She is represented by the setting sun in southwestern Ireland, and the setting sun is considered to be the Goddess Mor sitting on her throne. The Goddess is the Queen of the Island of Women. She is also the Keeper of the Mysteries and the Dark Goddess of Death and Rebirth in Pagan circles.

The Fleur de Lis is an old symbol of French royalty. Ardwinna is a Celtic Tree Goddess, Goddess of the forest and also Goddess of the Hunt. She is known from inscriptions and figurines in the Ardennes region. She is identified by the Romans with the Goddess Diana.

Selene, Greek Crescent Moon Goddess

Selene is an ancient Greek Goddess, daughter of the Titans Hyperion and Theia. In Roman Mythology, She was known as Luna, which means Moon in latin. Selene was eventually known as Artemis and Luna was eventually known as Diana. The name Selene may have its roots in the Greek word selas, which means Light.

Aine, Celtic Goddess of Love

The Celtic/Irish Goddess Aine was worshipped in the area of southern Ireland called Munster. She was considered to be the Queen of the Faeries. Aine had association with the earth, fire, water, and sun, as well as the sea, since She was known as the wife of the sea god Manannan MacLir. Aine was considered to be the spark of life, and is therefore associated with healing and fertility.

Aphrodite was a Greek Goddess of Love, Beauty and Passion. The Romans worshipped her as Venus. It is said that Aphrodite could make any man fall in love with her just by looking at her. Aphrodite is associated with the sea, since She is said to have been born from the foam of the sea in the area near Cyprus.
